Casabella Nail Salon

I adore this salon. I’ve been going here for 3 years and I seriously could never go anywhere else ever again. I haven’t had an experience that I didn’t like. The nail techs are all honest with what designs they can do and are very meticulous when it comes to shape and design. They check in often to see if it’s something I like or if I want to change anything. It’s always clean and pretty peaceful and quiet (sometimes it can get loud when it’s busy but ambiance is always nice). I think it’s pretty reasonably priced for the service I get. Came in for a pedicure in between other appointments nearby for the first time. The tech who helped me first did a great job! I was in a hurry, so I mistakenly did not give my toes enough time to fully dry. I ended up smudging the big toes pretty obviously. I didn’t want to let the pedicure go to waste so I went back offering to pay for a re-do on those nails since I caused them to smudge. Pleasantly, they repainted at no charge. I’d definitely come back to try them for my nails with such attentive service!

I really wanted to love this nail salon but unfortunately I don’t. Customer service is generally good and the place is beautiful. However I’ve now been 3 times and each time my nails don’t last. The first time I got a regular gel manicure and the tech was able to give me the exact design I wanted. I was very impressed only to have them chip on multiple nails within a few days. I knew they had the 7 day fix option but I couldn’t make it back with my schedule. I also tried to switch to dip powder after growing my nails out and they cracked beneath the surface within 2 days. On the third day multiple nails cracked completely breaking off several nails I’d been trying to let grow. This time I went back hoping for a fix, only to be rushed through the service even after making an appointment for the fix earlier in the day. 2 days after they were fixed the same thing happened again. The option to come back and get the nails redone is a great option but not if I have to go back 3 days after every service. I’m extremely disappointed because it’s close to where I live, they have a great color selection, and some pretty talented nail artists who can do complex designs. But I will have to look elsewhere

Casabella Salon is absolutely fabulous in all ways! It is a chic salon in the heart of Georgetown and maintains impeccable hygiene standards. They offer an array of services and have very talented people who work there. Tee is my nail artist and truly an artist he is. He is very patient, kind attentive to detail, and truly creates masterpieces out of his work. Tee is the very best nail artist I have ever had and one that I will stay with for as long as he is in the business! Casabella Salon is one of all around excellence and is one to be emulated by all others. I will be a loyal customer forever!
